The ExamFolder system has been deployed at the ARPA Nonintrusive Inspection Technology Testbed since May, 1993. The system has been used to support an active test program and has collected and archived over 1200 examinations which is over 20 Gbytes of data. The examinations are archived on 40 CDROMs which are individually tracked in the online database. The compressed examinations occupy a total of 600 Mbytes of on-line disk space. Each examination usually consists of the X-ray of the container, its bill of lading, the Analyst's inspection notes, and videos of the outside of the container (see Figure 8).
