If the cargo/vehicle is not assigned automatically by the ExamFolder program then the Supervisor can manually assign the cargo/vehicle. The Supervisor Workbench gives the Supervisor full control over the cargo being analyzed. Utilizing the full array of tools from the Analyst Workbench, the Supervisor can make a preliminary assessment of the type and stowage of the cargo. The preliminary analysis allows the Supervisor to assign the ExamFolder data to the Analyst most qualified to perform the detailed assessment of the cargo contents. The transfer of the ExamFolder data to a particular Analyst's Workbench is accomplished with simple clicks of the Workstation mouse. The Supervisor then oversees the status of all cargo in the system by observing each ExamFolder icon on the screen.
